Your fleet's data, put to work together.KraftSync Transit is the AI operations assistant platform for electric public transport. It connects the data from the systems the operator already uses and helps the team coordinate vehicles, duties, charging and energy, through explanations and recommendations based on the state of the fleet.Hans, the assistant in the platform, explains the situation and proposes the next steps, based on the available data and the operator's rules. Are tomorrow's departures ready? The planned day is checked before it is published: driver available, vehicle fit for service, enough battery, charging that finishes on time. Problems show up against the departure they affect, the evening before, not out on the route.

In what order do we charge tonight? The charging plan starts from tomorrow's departures: who leaves first, how much energy each bus needs, on which charger, without exceeding the depot's power.

Why has consumption gone up? Energy and kilometres are compared day by day, and the deviation is seen in the data, not assumed.

The reference configurationThe reference configuration shown on this site is that of CTP Iași, built on the real structure of the fleet and on the operator's operating data: 69 electric buses, 90 chargers (69 slow and 21 fast), 10 monitored lines, 12,475 ticket validations and 8,588 km driven electrically in one day of operation (6 July 2026). The energy tariff confirmed by the operator is RON 1.13/kWh excluding VAT, a fixed tariff. The instantaneous state of charge, the drivers and the duties are part of the reference scenario and are filled with the operator's data during implementation.How it connectsKraftSync is an orchestration layer over the operator's existing systems, with mostly read access, over open standards: OCPP, ITxPT, ISO 15118, GTFS-RT.
